Hm, I'm unsure about this one. Somethings are better with it, other things are sucky XD
I know her proportions are a bit off like the neck and leg X0
Nevertheless, it was good painting practice. But I still don't quite get it, bleh desu X0
Pwetty! You're really good at colouring with the computer.
Hmm... I found your page through an add asking for critique, so I guess I should give you some... Please don't take offense or anything!
The only thing you might want to look out for is that the head looks kinda big with the rest of her body.
That and her right (your right) arm looks more like a leg than an arm. The elbow would probably be smoother, with a slight indentation were the bones meet. Actually, the arms are generally smooth unless the person's very muscular- so the line shouldn't be there, and looks more like the line people sometimes draw on the lower leg. Actually, it probably wouldn't look like that at all- but the lower arm seems the smallest bit too thick compared to the upper and is curved oddly. Heh...

I'm starting to notice something about your work. The heads are disproportionally large, but they aren't chibi. This rather throws off the whole appearance. I would say that if you're going to have the heads be that wide you need to round them off.
What happened to the original head & scythe? Though they might've had their small flaws, they worked fairly well with the picture. The current head is too big for the anime style but the old one is just about right. I was really sad to see the hair changed too !
Anyway, I did a small doodle critique. Here it is;
In the picture, I got rid of the side stars, they felt too distracting, foggy clouds or a gentle mixture of brown and other tones of the picture might go nicely.. I made the head smaller (it needs to be narrower, as well). The rest are just comments. The golden is too golden for your colour scheme, which I LOVE, by the way. I love the main body of the outfit. It looks absolutely gorgeous and if the whole picture got to that level, it no doubt would be drooled upon. The designs are lovable, little gorgeous details. The bottom cloth, that's wrinkled and stuff, one side is clear while the other one isn't. The extremity of the light and dark might be too much, though. Even maintaining anime style, with all the detail everywhere else, not having more detail in the face feels... painful. You can still maintain "anime" and add more detail. Perhaps, a "manga" style would be better ... it allows even more detail but it still is side-by-side with the anime genre.
It still looks good to me. Oh, BTW, visit and/or watch the when you get the chance. They can help you more than I...plus they have links to millions of tutorials and if you show them any one picture you find problems with, they'll send people to help.
You are wonderful! Your coloring skills are great and your over all work is nice, you just need to fix one thing in my opinion (I do this a lot myself). Merely downsize your heads. Look up some anatomy sites online, that could help. Good luck with improving, I need to as well!
Your artworks are REALLY strong conceptually, but you need to work on some parts of your anatomy. First of all, the right arm is WAY longer than the left one. Look at the picture and visualise her dropping her arms to her sides while maintaining her body angle. They won't be the same length, because the arm that's in the foreground is proportionately shorter.
Speaking of arms, the muscle structure on her left arm is incorrect. With a female body like this one, you didn't even need to add the muscles, you could have gotten away with making the arm with even width all the way along.
I really like the big head skinny body look, but if you want to be more anatomically correct, remember that the body is generally five/six head (lengths) long, two heads for chibi and three/four heads for semi-chibi (my favourite!)
The arms, when layed flat against the sides, should reach to inbetween the thigh and the hip, with the hands resting above the knees. The foreleg should be as long as the character's torso.
You have wonderful grasp of anime facial anatomy though! Beautiful...
